I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna. If you have questions about your coverage, I encourage you to contact your insurance company and they will provide you with information about your deductible, co-pays, coinsurance, etc.
If you would like to work together but have an insurance provider that is out-of-network, your insurance provider may be able to reimburse you for a certain percentage of the session cost. Contact your insurance plan and ask if you have out-of-network coverage. Here are some more questions to ask your insurance company:
What percentage is covered?
Is there a session limit, and if so, in what time period?
Do I have a deductible? What is it and how much of it have I met?
How do I submit a request for reimbursement?
I am happy to provide digital receipts to clients requesting to use their FSA funds or are using out-of-network coverage.
Initial Intake/diagnostic interview sessions are billed $275. After that, sessions are billed $250 per session. I accept Credit Card, FSA/HSA Card, Cash, or Check.
Clients/Patients can use my patient portal to access paperwork, share insurance cards, and have telehealth video sessions. When we first email/talk and decide to set up an initial appointment, I will ask for your birthdate, name, and email address so I can register you on the patient portal. You will then receive an email to register on the portal. At that point, you will be able to read and fill out the initial consent forms and neccesary paperwork.
